With a dedicated team of 25 professionals based at our headquarters in Saint-Jean-Bonnefonds (covering commercial offices, R&D, and production) and in our office in Germany, Dessintey is built on commitment and agility.
Our company operates with a team-based, cross-functional structure, without hierarchical barriers. This approach fosters daily collaboration, strengthens team cohesion, and ensures effective support for our clients.

Innovation & R&D team
The R&D team is responsible for designing, prototyping, and preparing the industrialization of all our solutions. They work closely with various external partners—including designers, ergonomists, engineering firms, and subcontractors—to develop intuitive and user-friendly technologies for our clients.
Our team includes experienced and aspiring mechanical, software, and electronics engineers.
At Dessintey, we leverage the latest technological advancements and continuously innovate to introduce new approaches that enhance patients’ chances of recovery.

Production, Maintenance and Quality team
This team plays a crucial role in managing the supply of materials and components, overseeing the production of all devices, ensuring delivery and installation at client sites, and handling both preventive and corrective maintenance across our entire product range. Their work primarily takes them across France and Germany.
They collaborate closely with local partners to build trusted relationships that ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Additionally, this team is responsible for quality processes and regulatory affairs, including standards, certifications, and regulatory documentation for each country where our products are distributed.

Sales Teams
The mission of our sales teams goes beyond simply selling technology — their goal is to ensure that as many patients as possible receive the best possible care. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all solutions, they take the time to understand each healthcare facility’s specific needs to provide the most suitable technologies, both in France, Germany, and internationally.
Our sales teams consist of two distinct profiles:
- Therapists (physiotherapists, adapted physical activity specialists) who present our product range, train healthcare teams, and provide ongoing support to ensure intensive use of our devices. They also offer additional training when new staff members join already-trained teams.
- Sales specialists who support clients in developing their projects, helping them find suitable funding solutions for their facilities.
Driven by challenge and passion, they travel extensively — by road and air — to demonstrate the value and effectiveness of our technologies.
Administrative and Finance team
The administrative team manages all accounting and financial operations. Now an in-house function, their goal is to structure and optimize the company’s financial management and strategic planning.
They also oversee all aspects of human resources, from contract management and payroll processing to negotiating employee benefits, such as health insurance plans.
Marketing & Communication team
The marketing and communication team is dedicated to promoting Dessintey’s solutions while strengthening the company’s brand awareness and reputation worldwide.
Through content creation and digital marketing, they collaborate closely with all other teams to develop action plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
They also coordinate over 40 events per year, including conferences, trade shows, symposiums, and internal events.
